Since its inception in 1993, this one-day sportive has grown from a local French event to a global phenomenon that attracts cyclists from over 50 countries.
What makes the Etape special is its authenticity - riders tackle the exact same route, climbs, and finish line as the Tour de France peloton, just days before the professionals. The 2025 edition will feature the legendary Alpe d'Huez stage, offering 15,000 amateur riders the chance to conquer cycling's most iconic climb and cross the finish line where Tour legends have triumphed.
